Refunds and exchanges

If you change your mind about your purchase we are here to help. We are happy to refund or exchange a course up to 14 days before the published date. Within 14 days, whilst we are happy to exchange a course, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. If, however, the cancellation is within 48 hours of the course we are unable to refund or exchange as we will have ordered the materials.

E Gift Vouchers are non refundable.

Cancellation policy

Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may need to cancel a course. We would endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and a full refund would be given.We never cancel due to insufficient numbers.

Bespoke Courses

As there is often high demand for dates, a booking will only be fully confirmed once full payment has been received.We operate a ‘first paid, first confirmed’ policy in case of disputes.
