The House Plant Course 10am-3pm

House plants- you love them or you hate them, they thrive or they die…either way, as florists, we should have a working understanding of how to care for  and use indoor plants in our designs.

They can be used as table centres, interior styling, ingredients in large Eco arrangements, corporate work as well as being gifts – on their own or used in wreaths, living arrangements, terrariums etc…

You don’t have to be ‘good’ at house plants to use, sell and advise clients on their use..it’s mostly about quite basic knowledge like potting mediums, light and warmth levels and watering..

On this course we will discuss my ‘top ten’ indoor plants, learning where to source, how to care for and how to use them all.

We will then create a planted arrangement in a terrarium and a Kokedama to hang…both yours to keep.

NO prior knowledge required!

All materials and refreshments  provided,  please bring a packed lunch.
