Shower Bouquets remain one of the most feared bridal designs for a florist to create. In the ‘old’ days we simply used a foam holder but what do we do now?

I have developed a method to create these delicate and downward hanging designs using moss as a medium. There is some wiring involved (NO experience necessary) but it is definitely NOT a wired shower.

First we will talk about all the various names for these types of bouquet- shower, waterfall, cascade, teardrop etc  and you will understand the difference between them. Next we will discuss what shower bouquets are NOT….ie ‘wild and free’, ‘hand tied shower’, an upright bouquet just held sideways etc…all will become clear.

Then I will show you how to create these light and airy designs and you will make your own. Finally we will ribbon the handle and talk about care and delivery of the design.
