Vouchers

If you have purchased a gift voucher online, these will be sent to you by First Class post. Although Royal Mail First Class is usually delivered the next day this cannot be guaranteed.

To collect your vouchers from the school please call The Sussex Flower School on 01825 890919. Please contact us if you require a specific greetings message.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you change your mind about your purchase we are here to help. We are happy to refund or exchange a course up to 14 days before the published date. Within 14 days, whilst we are happy to exchange a course, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. If, however, the cancellation is within 48 hours of the course we are unable to refund or exchange as we will have ordered the materials.

Gift Vouchers are non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may need to cancel a course. We would endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and a full refund would be given.We never cancel due to insufficient numbers.
